Rosalyn is a solicitor in the Commercial & Technology Group at ALG. Rosalyn holds an honours degree in International and European Business Law (LLM) from Trinity College Dublin, together with an honours degree in Business and Law (BBL) from University College Dublin.

Rosalyn practises in both contentious and non-contentious matters and she has experience advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of issues including data protection, intellectual property, regulatory and content regulation. She has also assisted in advising on commercial contracts and corporate transactions.

On 13 March 2024, the European Parliament and the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2024/900 on the transparency and targeting of political advertising (the Regulation). The Regulation is now in force, however, the majority of its provisions will not take effect until October 2025.
